MEMBANGUN RELATIONSHIP MELALUI BRAND SMART

This article is about the importance of company creating (Brand Smart) which is emphasizing on the relationship not the transaction. Building a successful brand need emotionally bond with customer, a given company understand about customers, the more likely company can plan the desired brand in customer's mind and create a lasting loyalty. A brand is a psychological impression of value based on emotions, lodged on the mind of a buyer or prospect. In order for the company to survive, it must develop brand strategy carefully by considering factors like: knowing your customer, offering unique product, delivering great experience and communicating brand.
